Scoring Instructions: A current every day smoker or current some day smoker has smoked at least 100 cigarettes and still regularly smokes every day or periodically, yet consistently. A former smoker has smoked at least 100 cigarettes but does not currently smoke. A ?never smoker? has not smoked 100 cigarettes. Smoker, current status unknown is known to have smoked at least 100 cigarettes, but whether they currently still smoke is unknown (Adsit and Fiore, 2013).
